I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything, and the staff were friendly. On the other hand, the room was quite small and had some maintenance issues, plus the Wi-Fi wasn't included, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it offers a good value if you prioritize location over space.

This hotel had a superb location, right between Bukit Bintang and Times Square, which made exploring Kuala Lumpur a breeze. While the room exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort for the price we paid, it was small and noise from the street made sleeping occasionally difficult. The staff were helpful, but I felt a bit of pressure regarding taxi commissions. Overall, it was a good budget option, but a few improvements could make it much better.
